completely. Sign and date the completed form. Payment must accompany registration form. Mail in registrations
must be received at least on week prior to course start date.

Registration Office is located in the Dorchester Building. Open registration hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30
am to 6:30 pm and Friday 8 am to 4 pm. For more information about registering, please call
